Self-referral
You do not need to be referred to Sefton Psychology Services by a healthcare professional. You can simply self refer by contacting us on the telephone numbers provided or by emailing us your details.

Services/Organisations, Insurance Providers, and Case Managers
We are able to accept referrals from services and organisations, Solicitors, Insurance providers and case managers. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss your needs.
FEES
Self-funded
Hourly rates and fees vary depending on the nature of input you require and the referral source.
Discounted rates are available if you pre-pay for a minimum of a block of 6 therapy sessions after the initial assessment session.
We are also mindful of budgetary constraints for some people whereby we can see if we are able to offer shorter term therapy solutions to help you learn the skills to overcome the difficulties of the here and now. Please note, this may not always be possible due to the nature and types of difficulties you are experiencing.
Cancellation fees apply: If you cancel within 24hours notice 50% of the hourly fee is payable. Non-attendance without letting us know is charged at the full hourly rate.If you cancel with over 24hours notice, there will be no charge. Cancellation fees apply within 24hours notice and with non-attendance due to the costs of room bookings and difficulty rescheduling another client in at such short notice.

Services/Organisations, Insurance Providers, and Case Managers
We are currently able to accept payment from various Insurance companies and service providers. Please inform us at the outset that this is how you wish to pay so we can check that we are able to make the necessary arrangements. Please note, these fees will differ from the standard rate due to the additional administration work required.

Consultation for services is billed at a standard hourly rate. This includes relevant assessment, and recommendations provided face to face and in summary report form. Please contact us for more details.
Training cost vary dependent on the number of delegates and type of training you require. Please contact us in the first instance and we will be able to provide a quote.
